Everything we do at Central Wisconsin Christian is rooted in God’s Word. Our mission shapes how we teach, disciple, and prepare students to live faithfully and serve meaningfully.

Living Out Our Mission
At CWC, our mission is more than a statement—it shapes the way we learn, lead, serve, and care for one another every day.
Our core values help define the kind of community we want to build and the kind of people we hope our students become. Our values influence how we approach academics, relationships, leadership, service, athletics, worship, and everyday interactions throughout the school. As we work together to teach students to glorify God and serve in His world, these values help guide both our culture and our pursuit of that mission.

We strive to embrace joy in both the big and small moments of everyday life.
We live this out:

- In expressing gratitude
By choosing joy, we help create a community where students feel encouraged, supported, and reminded of God’s goodness.

We Care for Others
We are called to love and serve others as Christ has loved us.
We live this out:
- By loving as family
- Through serving our community
- In putting others first
By caring for others, students learn to build meaningful relationships and use their gifts to serve those around them.

We Speak the Truth in Love
We value honesty, integrity, and relationships grounded in grace and truth.
We live this out:
- By holding each other accountable
- Through giving and receiving honest feedback
- In displaying integrity in all we do
By speaking the truth in love, we create a culture of trust, growth, humility, and Christ-centered accountability.
Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
